I was there to buy frozen rats for my snake on a fornightly basis, then I wanted to buy in bulk, I was offered a price for 10 large rats which I happily paid, I was then provided with 2 large rats on top and 8 small rats on the bottom, effectively loosing me $60.00, when I complained I was told I had no proof and they didn't care.

this pet store is great, they have great customer service, they have a few specials around some things are at a normal price but they really give great advice and the best thing is you can bring your pet into the store, they weighed my dog and checked what the best food would be for him and everything so i was really happy
