After placing an order online with All 4 Pets and being required to pay immediately we then needed to wait another 7 days for the order to be processed even though the owners are in fact at their store and working.
When we sent an e-mail expressing our concern regarding this and saying it was bad service, the owner then cancelled our order without our authority, essentially accessing our credit card without our permission, that is absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional and totally unethical.
I have read positive comments about this store however, we certainly did not receive the service some have stated. Both the lack of service and extremely poor attitude was not what one would expect from a so-called professional business.
We will never purchase from this store ever again and would not recommend it to others unless you are looking for a negative attitude and poor service standards.
I buy dog food from here regularly. I used to get Eukanuba large breed 15kg for $75, $20 cheaper than elsewhere. The price has since gone up but is still good value. The staff are friendly and the range of products available is very good.
