been there once couldn't find something on the shelf the lady there was ever so helpful stayed with me to help me decide gave me her opinion n was the most help I have had in customer service in a long time.

It's a shame that such a good store is marred by really average and in most cases terrible service. I have shopped at Aldi for years and love the place, but after going here numerous times, I am now opting to go to another store further afield that have staff that actually want to be there.

That's really strange. I shop there regularly and have always found the staff friendly.
I can only comment on my experiences. And the staff have been anything but helpful or pleasant. I now go to burpengary where the staff are amazing and super helpful!
Went at a time when it wasnt crazy busy so had a great shopping experience with no lines, less people and lots of room to look for things. An easy shopping experience compared to most Aldi's!
