Great value for shopping but shockingly bad service from one employee, "Kay". Was told to "shut up and go away" when I went to ask her a question.Kay lied to management as did assistant manager "Cheree" and they simply denied their poor behaviour. End result - loyal customer of 14 years banned from the store despite being on the receiving end of staff abuse. Management took 5 months to meet with me and just dismissed my concerns.
Is Great shopping at Aldi Lithgow. Is away from all the chaos and other shops, so easy access parking, Friendly staff and the convenience of bwing able to buy alcohol and food shopping all at once :)
this has got to be the one stop shop for all your cheapest groceries and far more - the great thing here is that you can always find unusually good offers on clothes/electronics,etc, at the best prices and really good quality
