This is a great place to take the family on a hot weekend

Took the kids here last summer, was brilliant. Big slides into the pools lots of room wasn't too busy. Will be back this summer for sure

Bought a scoopon for this place and it was under $10 for our family to go swimming here. The slides and rapids are great! Highly recommend, we stayed here for 4 hours and no one was bored. The cafe was great too, everyone loved the hot chips!

Took the kids here on the weekend for something to do and we all had a great time. It wasn't too overcrowded. The wife bought one of them scoopons so it was a great deal. The kids loved the slides and the pools were clean - not too over chlorinated.

Great place to go on a hot day with the kids although can be very crowed, two big swimming pools water slides and a toddlers area. Kids have a ball here.

This place is awesome, love taking the family here. It's got two massive swimming pools. Lagoon pool, with access for toddlers. Has water slides. Very cheap day out. And worth the hour drive!

Awesome day out for the whole family great value for money slides lots of fun, plenty of places to relax under the shade, cafe on site is great saves having to pack alot of stuff to enjoy a whole day.

Great holiday place for kids the pool is excellent plenty of shade my girls had lots of fun swimming all day the cafe is great good veriety of items, coffee not to bad either. water slide is awesome super affordable

I used the gym for a while . Found it clean and not too busy on most days I went. Price was reasonable compared to other gym memberships. I do take the kids for a swim there from time to time. They love it. The kids area is covered. Area is clean. Staff are friendly.

I recently joined and found the staff to be motivational, knowledgeable, helpful and membership is flexible and affordable.

They have a decent pool but the prices are quite expensive but overall i guess it is an ok pool to go to they have the lap pools current whirlppol slide and kids area

Reasonable membership prices, staff are fantastic, crèche, does get quite warm in the gym when your doing a session...
But it does have a wide variety of classes for all ages and fitness.

Staff are professional and helpful, creche for the kids, great CLEAN work out space and motivational classes.

They have amazing customer service, the classes are great and they have free childcare while I go to the gym....what else can I say....great overall experience!!

The staff here are fab and the facilities in the gym are brilliant. However, the gym is boiling and feels like there is no air conditioning and not sure if it's relative to the air conditioning but all the machinery is filthy; disgustingly so. I have been to other cheaper gyms where the staff clean the machinery every single day, but Albany Creek certainly could not be accused of this.

During the summer my friends and I take our children here at least once a week to play - they are all under 5 so it's great value (for now, at least!). We have a play in the water, some lunch, another play and then head home - it makes for very sleepy children and some very happy mummies! :)

The Albany Creek Leisure Centre is always a great place to be on a hot day. The staff are lovely and the pools are always in good condition. Still room for a little improvement but good overall.

We recently did a trial at the health club @ Albany Creek (the gym at the Albany Creek Leisure Centre). For the most part the equipment is newer and in better condition than the gym my husband is currently a member of, and there is certainly more space there, although it's an unusual set up being a gym at a leisure centre where people go for swimming lessons and social swimming. The drawbacks are that the room we did our yoga class in has primarily glass walls, so it's not very soundproof and, as the only yoga class was on at night at the same time as the spin class, it was a little hard to get into the relaxing part of the yoga class because the pumping music from the next door class was coming through the walls. There was also some sort of swimming event going on in the pool that involved lots of kids and loudspeakers, which really intruded on our class. Also, I felt a little bit like a goldfish in a bowl with the exterior wall being glass. The class itself was good but a bit crowded and the floor was a bit too hard for the thickness of my mat. Overall, a potentially good class and if they had thicker, more soundproof walls, it would have been a much better experience. Cost wise, membership was essentially the same as the nearest Healthworks gym.

really disappointed that they are stopping the Tuesday and Thursday night boxing sessions, they are really great and the instructors know their stuff. The Thursday night sessions seem to be really popular so don't understand why they are doing it - not happy!

Have Been a member since Oct 10 when recovering from knee op, with assistance they helped tailor a simple to use program which has improved my recovery and helped me get my life and weight under control

most amazing swimming pool and gym centre in brisbane. the gym is brand new and really beautiful. they have several different pools and they are always clean. staff are friendly too. they have swim lessons, personal training and an onsite physio.

A great gym, friendly and not as expensive as some of the other gyms in the area, and with better facilities.

The pool itself is great and reasonably priced. However accessing the gym when you have children who require creche is impossible. There is a wait list a mile long and no casual vacancies. They were happy to sign you up to the gym, but with no guarantee of child minding whats the point. They really need a casual list.

Both my children currently have swimming lessons at this pool. It is great & there are small classes. Highly recommend it to anyone with children. It has a very family friendly set up!

Good service from the word go. An injury won't slow you down if you have professional care like this available in your area. Wow! This company is terrific.

even though the health club is currently undergoing major extensions, everything is still available and running smoothly.the new centre is going to be fantastic!!

The swimming pool is kept cleaner than most public pools and because it is heated, it can be used until late May and as early as September. The facility features hot showers, clean bathrooms and a decent cafe/kiosk. The smaller heated pool is also good for those recovering from injury.

Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Everything was very clean, and considering they are in the middle of major expansion that really surprised me.

my kids have done their learn to swim program and they are very patient and taugh them well, they made the whole experience fun for them. we also visit has a family during the holidays, they have a great slide and heated pool, grass to picnic on, its a great place for the whole family
