I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I hired Aircare Solutions Pty Ltd, located at 66A Apex Avenue, Picnic Point NSW 221 to install my air conditioning. They took a large upfront payment and repeatedly promised to show up—yet never did. Every time I followed up, they gave excuses (sent an old photo of himself in hospital) or rescheduled (always on a Friday), only to not show up or ghost me again. Months have gone by, and I’m left out of pocket with no work done and no sign of him returning my calls or messages. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially during the coldest months when reliable service is crucial. If this has happened to you, too, please take your matter to NSW Fair Trading, NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), and report to Scamwatch.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. The principal person is Kamahl, otherwise known as Karl or Kam. Rude, abusive and insulting to women, and fails to deliver the promised service. Lies and cheats - avoid at all costs.
