Made several calls over several days in relation to purchasing and item on their web site. I was able to get receptionist who advise no one available, however would get them to ring me back. Waited all morning and rang again that afternoon. Same result. Rang again the following day and the day after and was promised phone call back. Still waiting. No customer service and I would hate to think what their after sale service would be like if you purchased an item from them. Would never recommend this business and suggest that everyone beware.
their range and quality is not in question --- the fact that they dont sell parts for what they sell , dont return calls , can only ring an answering service ,, dont seem to be able to tell me where to buy parts --- wow !

I purchased an arena rake online, instead they sent me an incomplete and unusable alternative. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Still waiting to get my money back.
Never do business with this company. A series of false promises and systematic incompetence.
