Firstly there is always a warm welcome when arriving at the salon. Followed by understanding attention to your hair. Suggestions are never forced upon you, but give you food for thought. Gail is my preferred Stylist. It is always a joy to be going to my appointment and I come away feeling and looking great. Great work by a well run Team.

Excellent...fabulous staff, always listen to your requests and concerns, uses quality products and I am always happy with the result. Since I have not visited any other hairdresser in approx. 10 years, I cannot compare prices, but I am happy with what I pay and the service provided. Just remember, hair grows and there is no substitute for quality care, service and a pleasant experience with the desired result.

I changed from a high price salon in the city to Affinity because they were in my local area and I had heard some good experiences from another customer. I was really happy with the cut, colour and the service at a great price. I've been returning since for the past 3 years and they have never disappointed. The salon is full of laughter and while they are happy to do just what you want they also are happy to have fun and try something new.
