Advanced Basics

My family and I are deeply disappointed with our experience with Advanced Basics and in particular Ron Taylor, the staff member who attended our investment property. We have recently had flooding in the lower floor of the house and needed a pest control service to tell us if we had any termites living in the damp areas. Ron spent under an hour at our property inspecting. He was asked to inspect the damp areas likely to have termites but declined saying he would return on a later date to do that.
We received an emailed invoice and report. The invoice he supplied had multiple errors such as spelling my mothers name wrong and describing a completely different house.
The report stated many areas could not be inspected and therefore may have termites due to lack of accessibility, yet Ron simply declined to inspect some of areas we suggested might have termites.
Ron spent twenty minutes in the roof, yet in the report he states the roof wasn't inspected "due to limited access".
The report then proposes a termite plan costing of $5000 annually.
We have made countless efforts to make contact with Ron to fix the errors on our invoice and as he ignored our calls and emails we are unable to claim the cost through insurance.
We feel that Ron never had any intention of supplying us with anything of value for the $359 we spent.

NO MORE FLEAS!!! He was on time. Very Professional. All for a very reasonable price. Just had to move the dogs out the front for a while on a chain. But it was well worth it.
