I used these guys for a warranty repair which they did well. You did have to ring them often to see how the repair was going and if the work would be carried out under Warranty (which it was). They do use a courier service to get your goods if under warranty but it does take about a week each way to get your goods there and back to you. Our computer was fixed very well and no problems with the repair service
