The worst retail experience I have ever endured.
I was sold the wrong laptop battery despite providing serial number and model details. I checked no less than 3 times with the warehouse guy during 3 separate telephone conversations. I was assured 3 times that the battery they could supply would suit my computer. It did not. When I presented myself and the incompatible battery for a refund the proprietor took the battery behind the counter to the office/store area to check that it was "one of ours" ... "It's just normal procedure" he said.
He reappeared several minutes later claiming that the battery I had returned was indeed not one of theirs.
The lengthy "discussion" that followed eventually resulted in a begrudged refund ... no apologies or attempts to supply an appropriate battery for my extremely common Macbook Pro were forthcoming.
In my opinion the warehouse guy was having a very bad day when he supplied the battery on the day of purchase. The front counter sales person on that day is an honest bloke and supported me during the "discussion" on the day of return/refund. The proprietor on the other hand is shonky at best ... beware ...

I went here for a laptop computer. The guy at the front desk was really helpful. He told me not to get particular brands as they were duds. This was important as I didn't want to spend all that money to have it break down on me! I ended up with an ASUS computer which has been fantastic.
