I recently came across a cushion on Adairs online site that I wanted but if I could, I wanted to avoid shipping costs. I went to my closest store to see if it was possible to get it in store.
The sales assistant was very helpful and went straight to her computer where she ordered the cushion from another store. I was told it would take 7-10 days for it to arrive.
I bought this cushion on sale as the price was good. At full price, I think it is overpriced.
Overall, I would shop here again and I think the service is quite good and the staff are friendly.
