Active Blinds

Used Active Blinds 10 years ago wanted to replace my lounge room blinds as they were dirty and falling apart. They still had all my information on file and took about 2 weeks to order and install the new ones. Simon is fantastic and Nadine could not be more helpful. Very good service ,come out when they say they will,price very reasonable, have used them twice now for our house over the years ,my son and daughter have also used them for their houses.
Will also be installing verticals for my mum's house and taking old ones off and taking them away.

Not Active Blinds Plus they are a different company

They are nothing but a scam .After you pay the deposit they tell you some blinds are not included and they charge you extra.they turn up to be more expensive than any other blind company.their quality is rubbish .their workmanship is rubbish .they don't turn up on time and always come up with excuses

Be careful what you order as they will more then likely try to give you another color and force you to pay for it. Don't give in stick to your guns and make sure you get legal advice. They quickly backed down once my solicitor contacted them. They may be cheaper then most but have bad customer service, staff not knowing what's going on, they got my order wrong twice before trying to force another color of blind onto me! Beware, shop around and maybe save yourself the headache and go for something that is a little more expensive or use a big reputable company!
