After calling and arranging for them to come out and give us a quote at a certain time, they were over an hour and half late just to give us a quote. It was only after they were late an hour and a half before they called to give us notice they were running late. They arrived and quoted us $100 more than another local plumber (we did not have the other quote at the time). We agreed to the price, not knowing any better, and arranged a time for them to come the following week. It was made known that they had to be punctual (due to a flight), and we thought our job was the first for the day, however, they still managed to be late, with no courtesy call. I ended up declining the job after they were an hour late and still no sign of showing up. It was very unprofessional, and while I understand that tradies can get caught up on jobs, this was unacceptable. They knew we had to stick to a time, and still it wasn't a concern to them. Not good enough.
