ACN is one the limited telecommunication Co. that have call centres in Australia. Good plans they use Telstra & Optus as providers. prices are very competitive and sales reps are fantastic.
i hate this company bad plans, lies told by the reps to get your business. the call centre closes. their internet is slow and becomes unuseable once you exceed your down load limit. their vedio phone although a good idea is useless cause no one else seems to have one. can not wait till my contract finishes so i can sign my phones and internet with someone else
mobile mobile broad band and a new video phone service. all work very well and price is better than others around. customer service is quick and personal. no indians or computers
I am just so happy that I can ring a call centre ( IN AUSTRALIA) and they pick up your call within seconds of calling ,I am waiting for the new video phone to be released in a few weeks as it means I will never have to pay for any phone calls again THANK GOODNESS someone is helping the consumer for once . GIVE THIS GUY A GO YOU just need to log onto the site and use ID number 7250211125 to order you new video phone . I will be doing that on the 30th Oct only a few days to go .I can dump my other service provider and use the A C N company for all my phone needs and email.

i am glad you are happy with these guys, but my experience not so good, video phone would be great if i knew some other people who have one & their internet is terrible
