This is our first time renting out our property and she has taken away all of the stress and been on the ball with everything and we couldn't be happier. She has more than exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased a property in Melbourne VIC, far away from our home state QLD. We were worried that it would be a real headache trying to find quality tenants within a quick time frame, and coordinate trades people to access the property for repairs. Victoria and her friendly team have made the process a breeze. They found quality tenants within 1 week, collected the bond and rent, arranged tradespeople to undertake quotes on work required within the time frame we needed. The software they utilise and processes they have implemented are outstanding. I highly recommend Impact Property Management.
Professional and easy to deal with Found to be very experienced with great knowledge of all investment property needs Prompt service with information regarding maintenance etc and organised to high standard Prepared to extra if required such as Purchase of white goods (dishwasher) pick up and delivery to our investment property.

Victoria and Elizabeth from Impact Property Management are exceptional property managers and they flawlessly managed the letting of my property during the difficult Covid-19 period. I would rate them 6 stars if I could!! Their tenant selection is rigorous and they have quickly organised essential maintenance / improvements to the property since settlement and at good prices. They really do manage the property as if it was their own so if you are looking for a property manager in that area then look no further.
