Took a few months to get council approval but the reception lady kept me updated. Installation seemed well organised. Tradies were very accomodating. Pleased with the job.
Communication was comprehensive. Came back after job was finished to assist with connection to our tank. Also offered to reinstate sleepers beside our garden bed. Great service.
Cannot recommend this company. Multiple defects with “finished” patio and carport. Columns that weren’t straight, bowing structures, screws protruding through roof sheets and massive water leaks into the house from defective gutterring. Most issues were eventually rectified in the end but took 3 months of having the structure erected and torn down 3 times. Not a pleasant experience and therefore do not recommend.

On time and did everything as promised. Came back to collect rubbish and vacuumed fake grass.
I had the complete opposite experience with Abel Roofing. They completed a huge patio for us and it looks fantastic. They were willing to help with all aspects of the design and construction. We have had a few issues with leaks but the roof structure is complex and a combination of old and new causing problems. They have returned to fix it several times without complaint and have always been courteous. Sarah from Bull Creek.
Before I start, I have to say I'm pleased with the finished product and happy we decided to install a Stratco patio. However, I could not recommend Abel Patios. From the minute we paid the deposit they were difficult to deal with. The installation was promised to take place before Christmas, but as soon as we paid the deposit on the 4th October, we were then notified by mail that they wouldn't be able to install until January. Which then turned to February and didn't eventuate until mid February. The actual install date was changed three times in the end. My biggest complaint was against one of the "Managers" that I dealt with, he was easily the rudest little man I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It's not a pleasant experience at all.
