Sam was prompt, I only rang him this morning. He turned up when he said he would and was efficient and knowledgeable. We knew what the problem was and he had the part in his van and was able to fix it on the spot. Reasonable rates made it worthwhile to have the machine fixed with a 12 month guarantee. Would highly recommend and would use him again for any other whitegood problems.
