The care that you take with Rex every single time we leave him is unbelievable. He has special dietary needs and is a really anxious dog and you look after Rex in such a special way. We are always very grateful for the care and love you show our very special 4 legged child!!!!! Every single staff member is FANTASTIC!!!! Thank you xx
We are always happy with leaving Benson at AAA whenever we go away for a break. We have the comfort knowing that Benson will be fed, safe, exercised and loved, as if he was at home with us. We appreciate the genuine love that all of your staff show for Benson and we would never consider sending him to anyone else.
Your service is just perfect for my dogs.
Even Toby who was adapted 9years ago seems very happy to stay w you. He can be very sensitive (scared and very defensive himself) to other dogs, and fussy to people about how he is looked after. But he looks very happy staying with you!!!!

I was very happy to hear that Oscar didn’t fret so much this visit, as I think he is getting used to the place and your ladies are all so lovely to him. He does like his cuddles. It was also good to hear that he had been playing with a couple of other dogs, which is good so he must have been feeling relaxed in the environment. Thank you for giving us peace of mind whilst away on our holidays.
Our furbabies certainly enjoyed their time away again at your resort. It was my partner who became upset, he said they were so excited that they ran in and didn’t say bye lol

Many thanks to the AAA team for caring for our little mutt, Norman, last week.
He was a rescue pup and it took a while to settle happily with us and we were a bit worried about how he would manage so it was very reassuring to see the lovely photos of him playing and having fun with friends.
He has slotted back into his life very comfortably so we assume he had a great time with you guys. He is somewhat fussy little eater so we were very pleased to see him looking so well when we picked him up. He didn’t lose any weight which was fantastic (he is a pretty lean little guy).
Your facility looks great and the outdoor play area was lovely.
He will definitely return for future daycare and longer visits.

I would like to extend my thanks to natasha and kelly for all of their help with my dog max. Max is a rescue boy and we had a hard time finding somewhere that he would feel happy so it was a huge relief to find aaa pet resort. Kelly was really informative on the phone and natasha was so kind when i dropped him off and picked him up after 8 days. The staff are all so genuine and clearly love there job. You will all be seeing max again soon. Cant thank you enough.

This was the first time we have used a pet motel, so we were not sure how our 2yr old Cavoodle would be. We had no worries, the staff put our minds at ease, they were so friendly and you could tell that they all loved looking after all the fur babies left in their care.
We highly recommend AAA Pet Resort.

Aaa pet hotel were excellent when my dog stayed with them. I was considering using a house sitter but then my friends dog actually died in her own house cause her dog sitter was away for to long! I was honestly so scared to put Coco in but I spoke to Kylie on the phone and she said to come and look. When I came to look she showed me around and the place was really nice, like a little dog hotel. When it came time for Cocos holiday natasha was so lovely dealing with me while I was crying and she answered all my crazy phone calls cause I miss coco so much! When I picked coco up it was obvious she was so happy cause she didn't want to go back with me and was staying with natasha! I'm so happy and I won't ever go anywhere else. This is not a kennel!

Our show kelpies Banjo and Matilda have never stayed anyway in their lives (4 & 2 years old). We visited many pet resorts and travelled from Northern Rivers NSW for 2 hours to get to AAA Pet Motel and it was on top of the list straight away. We booked the dogs in for a one day care so they got used to it and we knew it was right when they came out happy. Then we went away on our holiday, we booked presidential suite and we couldn’t have been happier and more relaxed knowing they were in good hands. There is a lot of space for them to run, they got one on one attention which is important, and they played with them 3 times a day which is perfect for our energetic kelpies. The staff put a lot of love into our dogs, they understand dogs and you know it is a winner when the dogs are happy when we go back. The staff are amazing, understand dog psychology, friendly and spend time talking about our dogs in detail. We cannot speak highly enough, we even take them for a day when we go to the Gold Coast for a visit. Thank you again all the staff at AAA Pet Resort! Banjo and Matilda love you.

So happy we rebooked for an extended stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and looked after the dogs well. The dogs even came home cleaner and smelling nicer than when we took them there Thanks!!

Cant go much better then AAA pet motel. Went away for 3 weeks and had my pride and joy in at the pet motel while i was gone. Service was so good. Baxter was clean and seemed to be very happy. Will be coming back next time. Thanks guys.

just picked up my pets from AAA and i have to say i am just blown away by how well they cared for them. my two boys are very special and need a lot of additional care due to medical problems. the girls were able to care for them the way i do at home and they smelt really great on my return. i have been to other kennels but would not go anywhere else then aaa pet motel! wish i had found them sooner!!!

Unfortunately our beautiful dog fretted while we were away!
However, the staff made sure that she was as comfortable as they could make her and she made an amazing connection with the loving and caring Natarsha who took the time to make sure Tilly was well looked after! She let us know what had happened while we were away and the honesty was really appreciated, thank you lovely!
I would definitely use AAA Pet Hotel again!

AAA Pet Motel has been recommended to us several times, so we decided to give them a try.
Our girl Pepper stayed a full day and overnight......... and she told us - in her own way - that she had a FANTABULOUS time. She was all smiles and very excitable when we collected her.
The staff are particularly attentive and kind to both us humans and also to our puppy kids :)
We will be entrusting AAA Pet Motel with the care of our girl again and again into the future.
Highly recommended.

AAA Pet Motel are brilliant!!! I will not ever leave my fur babies with anyone else. They keep in constant contact with us and love my dogs just as much as I do. They are amazing :)

The staff are always friendly and caring.
We had no worries leaving our dog there for the three weeks we were away as he is always spoilt and treated well.
We have used them several times and will continue to do so.
Was so happy when i found out that my husband was taking us and he kids out for a holiday to fiji but i was heartbroken when i found out that we werent aloud to take the dogs. But they gave us feedback saying that wings my white and black bull arab was so happy playing around with the other dogs.
I cant recommend AAA Pet Motel enough. The service they provide is superior, the girls are so good with the dogs, they could see we were sad at leaving our dog but they reassured us she would be fine and she was. they gave us updates on facebook and took photos of them with Ruby which helped reassure us she was enjoying being there. They have VIP & Presidential Rooms which we booked which are all indoors and have plenty of room. Mike is currently adding more accommodation. Ruby even had a bath so she was returned smelling all nice. If we were to ever go overseas we wouldn't hesitate to fly out of Brisbane so we could put Ruby in at AAA as we haven't found a kennel like it in Sydney. They must feed them pretty nice food because she didn't smell after as she has at other kennels. thanks AAA :)
This place is amazing, my dogs loved the beach run that I purchased. They posted pictures on Facebook and they all looked really happy. they even bathed them and they smelt beautiful when i took them home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Friendly staff, who looked after our dog very well! Highly recommend to anyone who wants there dog treated as family rather than a client.

I have never been happier to find AAA pet motel. I never liked boarding kennels and my dogs had never been in one. But AAA is more than a Kennel it is what it states a hotel for your pets. My 2 dogs come home content and happy. I would recommend this Pet motel to anyone. Great job guy's!!!
We love it. Our dog is happy. The staff are fantastic and really care for the animals and the facilities are great. Highly recommend it!
This is a fabulous place for Bessy to stay, she is very happy and we are confident that she is well looked after. They are always very welcoming and accommodating
