Exceptional professional service, communication and great value. Brian kept us fully informed as the work progressed. He reused our aerial bars, but replaced our antenna support structure and roof clamps as the existing support tubes had rusted through and the roof clamps were flimsy and home made. By comparison, it was easy to see that the new support system was much stronger and professionally constructed. Thank you.

Mitch did a fabulous,professional job, it was much tricker than he expected but he worked nearly all day on his own and the end result new Ariel and three TVs up and going.cleaned up every bit of dust from drilling,He then spent time tuning in TVs and explaining how everything works.. great service, genuinely nice guy.

Many years ago before Digital TV we had a 12metre TV Aerial to get TV. Around the start of Digital TV our TV got very snowy and ghosting, at a Government Telecommunications officer said our best solution was to go Digital.

A TV Aerial person turned up with a magic box. He went over our roof with his magic box and a TV Aerial. He said I have located the best spot for your TV Ariel and only needs be less than 2 metres tall. He installed the setup and we had bought a $450.00 set top box so we could get Digital TV. He did say if a VW went up the hill the TV would muck up. He was right in what he said.

Over time with more cars on the road, and bigger trains, our TV would muck up much more than the original Digital TV set up. Over the last 12 months our TV was horrendous mucking up near all the time with each car that went past.

I saw Brian's AAA Aerial, web site. I saw photos of Brian with a magic box. From my past experience I know how good TV could be by setting up the aerials with a magic box.

I made an appointment with Brian, and in no time he had very good TV going for me, and the cost was low. Brian did say our old aerial had deteriorated and was worth replacing. We took his advice and had Brian replace the aerial.

Brian used his magic box during all his work here getting the TV aerial system working at its best, and the result is TV with no muck ups as well as we are getting the ABC which we had to stop using years ago since it would muck up all the time.

Here I had been thinking I would never see good TV again due to cars and trains mucking up the TV and there would never be any fix for that, but Brian with his magic box has got our TV working as good as the best TV s I have ever seen.

Called Brian on Friday to install antenna on my new house. He said he could do at midday on Saturday. Sure enough midday arrives and Brian & Greg swing into action. Less than an hour later antenna installed and perfect reception to 4 tv outlets. AAA Areials are professional, polite, obliging and affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Brian & Greg

Prompt excellent service, came to do ours even on a public holiday. Brian is honest, down to earth guy, polite and respectful of our home. We were let down by lots of other traders recently whilst building our house, mostly due to very poor communication and broken promises, but Brian and team is an exception. Highly recommend - first of all companies to get back to me and were more than accomodating with hectic work sechedules. Kept in great contact and had no dramas when we needed to reschedule. Very reasonably priced and had a new aerial and a new outlet put up same day as quoted. Also work Saturdays. Brian Certainly knew what he was talking about and made sure all our TV's were tuned up before he left and gave warranty on all work done. Will most definitely use again.

Brian and Greg are are just so professional, from first contact to completion they were fantastic. There are many companies large and small that could learn much about customer service from Brian. Here's an example; Greg had to enter the roof void via the manhole. He asked for a cloth so he didn't leave finger marks on the manhole painted surface. What's more he lifted and turned the cover before laying it down so that no roof dust/dirt marked the surface. It's the little things that add up to complete customer satisfaction. I have more work for Brian coming up and it will be a pleasure to have them in our home.

Perfect service! Brian is a VERY polite lovely guy. He kept me informed of everything that was going on when I needed him to service a rental property. He is also aware of what is the responsibility of me the landlord, or that of the tenant. Brian's service was QUICK, HONEST & GENUINE. I called A AA Aerials late Friday evening and by early Saturday morning I had my new tv aerial installed and excellent tv reception. Both Brian and Greg are extremely proficient and knowledgeable and don't overcharge for their services. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use their service again. Aerial installed Wednesday. There were issues with the reception on Wednesday night and Thursday while the reception was fine on Friday. Called Brian and fixed on Saturday. Phone communication was brilliant and technical issues explained. While I expect this aerial will see me out, in the event of ever needing a new aerial, this business will be installing it. Brian should change business name to "AAA Aerials and Service"
