AAA Ace Enterprises

We tried for weeks to receive a quote from Bela of Complete Bathrooms Renovations / "aka" Ace Enterprises. They claimed they had emailed them many times but despite giving them 3 alternative email addresses they still made excuses and was rude and claimed "we were playing games". A number of times we asked then to give us the quote over the phone if they were having difficulty with their computer but they said they didn't have the quote in front of them even though they said they had emailed it minutes prior. They kept saying they could not remember the figure. They were irrational and abusive in our short dealing with them. We quickly dropped them and thank goodness we did not progress with them. They wasted considerable amount of our time. If they didn't want our job they should have the integrity and decency to have told us up front.
