Andrew responds to calls in a very timely manner, and is never to busy to speak with you about your computer problems. In many cases, Andrew offers the same day service and turn around, which is very rare in the computer service industry. Andrew offers very friendly service and is very cost competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone. His service is exemplary.

Having been overwhelmed by the choices offered by all the ‘Big Guys’, I was so relieved when I chose to ask for A1PC’s advice. Not only did they recommend a better product for my needs – and at a better price, but also set up my new laptop and continued with ongoing help and support regardless of how minor the query and whatever area of technological need – minimising my novice’s headaches!
