I've had tape in extensions put in a few times from both Kristel and Ashlee, and I'm extremely happy with both the service and the staff. I love having a salon I can go to whenever my extensions need fixing and I will definitely keep coming back :)

I wanted to go red, but have been told by a lot of salons that you would need to bleach your hair to go a red, as my hair is quite dark...(I didn't want to do this and dry out my hair) I made an appointment with Ashleigh V and she was able to take my very dark hair to a really lovely red colour without having to use bleach at all. I am really happy with the over all result!

I am a person who doesn't like to change hairdressers, but being so far from my original hair dresser, I needed to find a closer one. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get my foil colour right and many other concerns I am sure you have had when changing to a new hairdresser. I contacted Kristel and she provided me with fantastic customer service through text messages, making me feel very comfortable. Answering any questions about my hair colour and hair extensions. She booked me in with Ashlee, who was absolutely delightful. A lovely salon that was clean and tidy and very modern looking. Easy parking and easy to find. Perfect. Ashlee was friendly and professional, I told her exactly what I wanted, and ended up with exactly what I wanted, and the hair colour she did was just supurb. I met Kristel in person, and also an absolute delight to talk to. I will always come to this salon now, the service is great and they definitely go above and beyond. I would recommend this salon to everyone, and especially people unsure about which hairdresser to go with. It can be scary to trust someone with your hair, but I definitely trust 501 Hair Lounge.

I just recently tried out 501 and was glad that I did, love my full head of foils. Ashlee H did a fantastic job will definitely be back. Great service, price and location.... Gets my tick of approval
