These guys were great, they arrived on time, they said that all the tiles would come up as new and they did. The tiles had not been cleaned for a few years and we run a holiday letting complex, hence the build up of dirt etc.. within the foyer could not be removed by our normal cleaning process but now looks like new. They guys were great to deal with and were polite and very much aware of our customers, so they arrived very early on a weekend to ensure minimum disruption to all. Very pleased and have recommended them to others.
