This company had left me stressed and vulnerable
my vw golf broke down in the middle of nowhere in yarra valley vic at 11pm at night
i rang and they told me that they would call me back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into 15min, they then refused to provide any service.
I had to call RACV, who arrived in 20min and changed my battery.
I would not recommend 24/7 roadservices to my enemy, very bad and not worth the $55 i paid
Approximate cost: $55
Worst experience. Avoid them. I required a jump start called them and they started asking when the car was last maintained and refused service.
I left my lights on and my battery was 3 months old.
