You know you've gotten a good coffee when you feel refreshed after the first few sips. Friendly staff with great banter. They do have a $10 min. on EFTPOS but I'll usually buy more than 2 items anyway.
The tailors in this shop are truly dedicated to their work. The owner, Eddie, is passionate and knows what looks great. I bought a suit from MJ Bale and only needed trimming of the pant length, jacket sleeves and a slight tuck in the back. Despite thinking I knew what looked good, the tailor there showed me otherwise. I left with shortened pants, sleeves and jacket hems. Got the back tucked in and pants fitted to the curvature of my leg (slimmed down too).

The location and general feel of this amazing little cafe is what makes this place such a fun place to go for brunch. The food here is a little on the hit-miss side of things however the dish I ordered was cooked to perfection (Chicken benni). A little understaffed for how many patrons walk through the door which means food can take a while to be prepared and delivered. Staff also seem a little stressed but apart from that, I would definitely come back here again.
What an amazing dining experience. From the moment you enter you're greeted by friendly staff and the decor there makes you feel like you're eating authentic Thai food in a warm wooden cabin. Ordered the soft shell crab special and was blown away by the flavours. So refreshing and filling. A tad on the pricier side but the quality definitely outweighed this. Will go again.

Taglio Taglio Taglio, what can I say about this amazing business. A lot of places in the CBD have great customer service but this place really makes you feel like you're part of a family. I often grab the BLT in the morning and their lunch pastas are phenomenal. If you're looking for food that tastes authentically Italian head over to here.

The service here is fantastic and the staff are really nice. The majority of the menu here is great (especially their Chicken Katsu Udon) and by majority I'm talking only 1 or 2 items disappointed me. Their grilled scallops sizes are miniature and not really worth the price tag.
Overall great service and food however it can be a little pricey but I think sushi in Australia is generally over-priced.

This place is a little hard to find but once you find it, it's easily one of the most balanced internet cafes based on value / quality. Staff are friendly and the computers are good enough to run the most popular games. What makes this place great is its value. As a non-member it's similar to most places but if you're a member and you recharge $10, you get 7 hours (3 extra hours).

Walked inside and was immediately met by friendly and willing to help staff. Looked at the menu and was initially skeptical at the items e.g. 15 dumplings for $9. Thought to myself "this can't be right" (this wouldn't happen in Sydney where all the prices are jacked up). With the arrival of the food came the departure of my doubts as indeed you do receive 15 healthy sized dumplings. Great service, great food, great value.

I normally don't listen to people's recommendations for food (everyone thinks they're a foodie) but seeing as it was my first time in Melbourne I decided to listen to a friend and visit this place.
I ordered the Hainan Chicken Rice and my god it lived up to the hype and expectations! Absolutely blown away.
Chicken was well cooked yet still juicy and tender, the rice wasn't bland and dry but the make or break moment for me was the sauce. Words can't describe, it's just something you have to experience to believe. Highly recommend. 10/10

Love this place.
Hugo's is probably the only place I would visit in Potts Point.
Classy, clean and although the prices may suggest it's for the more well-off, it's worth it.
Can be a bit of a wait to get your drink on the weekends but bar staff are exceptional and will get to you in due time.
Did I mention their menu quality is great too?
