The line for this cafe is always out the door which can be seen as a downside. BUT, what I love is that customers can order and pay through the Hey You app then simply turn up a few minutes later to pick up their coffee. It certainly beats waiting in the queue. The coffee is great 99% of the time and they have a great range of food. They are also licensed which is great if you want a wine after a uni lecture!
A perfectly decorated cafe close to Caringbah station allowing a convenient pit stop before starting the morning commute. The coffee is always perfect and they have a great range of cakes. I always order the banana bread as it is constantly fresh and super tasty. I love that the staff always remember regular customer's names!

I enjoy the atmosphere here however I left feeling quite disappointed. I ordered a "make your own" salad in which I requested a few different foods. Unfortunately not everything I asked for was in the salad and I received no explanation from the staff as to why this was. This also happened with my friends salad on the same night. Also, I asked for iceberg lettuce and received a salad consisting mostly of that. The bowl was full of lettuce and almost empty of other ingredients. Quite disappointing!

The aesthetic of this cafe is what I like best. Located in a quiet lane in the middle of Sydney, you wouldn't even know it was there! The interior decoration is eclectic and rustic and has great mood lighting. It is overall a very cosy environment. The chai lattes are different from any I have tasted with a slight salty taste at first. I would definitely wish to return to this cafe!
This cafe does coffee very well - I've never had a bad cup from them. The downsides are that there is little seating and the cafe is always packed so it's not somewhere you can go to sit down. The cups are very small and not worth the $4 they charge for a small coffee. The service is great though, the girl behind the counter always makes an effort to remember the names of regulars.
TigerPrint have been providing a consistently good product for our business for a long time now. The personalised DL flyers they make for us are always of the highest quality. We give these out to our customers every day and they are always happy with them too. Gary provides top notch customer service and is always on call when we need him. Thanks!
What a shop. There is nothing else like it in Sydney which is why I love it so much. They have a staple flavour called "sea salt" which is a delightfully creamy and subtly salty soft serve, and the other two available flavours change regularly.
The last time I went I had a rose and sea salt swirl with popping candy topping which was amazing. Sadly, the (arguably most popular) topping of fairy floss wasn't available which was disappointing.
The customer service left a bit to be desired, the person behind the counter looked bored as he took my money without much interaction, but the fun atmosphere made up for that.

My boyfriend and I go here for date nights a lot because the food is always amazing and the price is very reasonable. Our favourites and go to dishes are always the pan fried pork dumplings and shallot pancake. The other day we splashed out and got some green vegetables with garlic too and weren't disappointed. The service is a bit average (once my vegan friend asked for vegetable dumplings, was given pork and then they refused to replace them for free) but I will always return to Sea Bay for the great food.

My colleagues and I sat down here for coffee during our weekly meeting this week and I loved the atmosphere. There is a very rustic charm to this cafe, especially with the open plan design. The ovens are not hidden away in the back but are clearly visible from the inside of the shop and this adds a nice touch. I also enjoyed being able to look around at the many breads and pastries on display.
Went to this cafe for the first time this morning and I was very impressed by my experience. I got a coffee and a banana bread and both were delicious. The service however is what stood out for me. I was greeted with a smile by the woman who took my order and was given my food by another wonderfully chirpy staff member. Then, after I sat down to eat, I was bought a glass of water without even asking for one. All the while the cafe was full of people. I will definitely return to experience this again.
