Lines tend to be long but service is generally quick. Serving sizes are good. Plenty of tables/seating, but when it's busy they do fill up. Drive thru is normally reasonable. Prices are displayed well at the order speaker. They make a decent coffee too.

It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru on Saturday night - is that reasonable for a dinner? I agree that packaging is not full - for the prices anyway. Staff are usually friendly but seem stressed.
