I have an issue with needles and explained this when I made the appointment. I had a lady dentist and thought she would understand my predicament but she didn't. The anesthetic didn't work and I had to have another needle (was not happy) I was then told that a tooth had to be removed (which turned out to be incorrect) and I said that I needed to have it out under sedation. While the dentist looked up someone suitable to do the work, the dental assistant remarked that it wasn't necessary to have a tooth out under sedation (her professional opinion) I don't think that the dental assistant had any right to comment. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not use this practice again for myself or my family.
Highly recommend this practice. The ladies on reception are really nice (this helps immensely when you are not well) and Dr Brad Keating is the doctor to see. He is patient, talks to you and is genuinely interested (a dying art in the medical profession).
I hate going to the dentist due to past horrors and needed a root canal. Dr Olstein provides sleep dentistry which is just what I needed. It was wonderful! The whole experience gave me a new confidence and trust in going back to the dentist.
Food is not as good as it used to be in 2007, I guess it changed ownership and has lost it's five star's in our opinion.
Fabulous restaurant quality food and friendly staff. Highly recommended. An hours drive but absolutely worth it.
