the best craft beer and cider selection you'll find for a long way in melbourne. great comedy and trivia nights weekly, upmarket pub food and a great vibe on the rooftop to enjoy a summer dinner. quality food, a little overpriced but people pay it because of the atmosphere. fun place to spend the night

the most incredible tapas ive had in, well, ever, some breakfasts to die for and award winning burgers and sides. good coffees, great macaroons and quality juices. highly recommended for any occassion, nshry with a waterfront view is a top spot. booking essential for their burger night which is only once a week and because of their small environement i would try and get a reservation for weekend dinners, too. fusion food at some of the greatest level ive ever seen.

tucked away behind bustling carlisle street lays this hidden gem. the best coffee and house made chai blend you'll find for miles. they have everything from organic cows milk, bonsoy and almond milk - all the options for all foodies and those with specific food intollerances alike. my son adores their vegan muesli cookies, juices and sustaining smoothie options and all of their breakfast options are to die for. worth venturing out for, train at balaclava on carlisle street or parking at woolworths next door from the alleyway.

the sister option to Bimbos on brunswick street in Fitzroy, Lucky Coq is located on chapel street prahran. cool dark couch-y bar area with outdoor street dining. $4 pizzas on most days aside from friday and saturday from memory. a cool cheap place to grab a drink and pizza with friends or family during the week or after work from 4pm. really amazing and inventive pizza topping ideas and gluten free/vegan options available. highly recommended even outside of their cheap special times.

i used to love this place, as did my partner but theyve gotten settled into the community now and not trying as hard as they used to. their burgers, salads and chips used to be some to rave about but are very average now. i dont eat meat products anymore but friends still recommend their cheap and "juicy, fresh chickens" - i wouldnt highly recommend anything else available there though aside from friendly service and a good view of carlisle street.

Love grilld because of their fresh food, their open kitchens, their business ethics and community based and focused schemes. unfortunately the st kilda grilld is always overflowing with people and usually a 20 minute line up to order then wait time on top of that. food is always delicious, have vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options available along with a newly added salad menu. expensive for burgers but would still recommend because of the quality and business schemes they have in place.

great, really friendly service. was quiet and fresh food was cooked promptly. had no issues like the other reviewers did (thankfully) and would still recommend this vegetarian/vegan "junk food" takeaway option to friends. award winning burgers and chips/dips/sauces say enough for me. much better than any conventional takeaway option out there.

really love this business and their ethics. always come back with a good job done but wish their prices where in line with the cost of the business and competitors around. still recommeded because of their low environmental impact but would use the service more if their prices were up to scratch...

used to love this place and all my friends still do! wish they had vegetarian options but as a fresh, cheap, filling japanese or curry eat in or take away option in the city, this is the spot. whatever you order here you'll never leave hungry or unsatisfied

absolutely love this place! gorgeous little hideaway from the noise of the malls. healthy cacao (superfood) hot chocolates, the BEST ice tea you'll find packed full of antioxidants and some great guilt free snacks, frozen yogurt, acai berry bowl and quinoa protein choices. highly recommended place to read a book or catch up with a friend.
