Observant

I Went to this place for years as i used to live in Parramatta. Except for 2 ocassions my experiences have been very negative. Ive waited 1hr and 10 mins once only to have them mess up the order of waiting patients and i had to wait another 20 mins. ( I understand somtimes there is an emergency and some people have o go before you, but this was not the case. I had a dr write me out a medical certificate sign it then rip it up because i commented that i would not like to see him ever again and wanted that written on my file. So i aited 30 mins that day without leaving with the certificate i needed. Another time i had a pregnancy unltra sound and when i went back to pick it up my name was spelt wrong on it. Apart from 2 drs ive seen there since 99, they have been unattentive, not thorogh and not helpful or professional. On a number of times the administration team can often be heard on the other side of the waiting area where i usually sit. gossiping always about other people in a racistg manner. I always leave feeloing as though my health has been compromised. Once i saw a dr Papimichosis when i was pregnant he was very good, And Dr Reynard Ng he was Excellent.

I went there to get a spray tan, as i was in the tanning area i said t the staff member. should i put moisturiser where my ankles and elbows are because i just had a feeling it was not going to turn out due to the staff quality of service. The next day i woke up with what looked like dirty knees and elbows. I rang to speak to the manager who offered to do it again! why would i want them to do it again? or i could go in and she would use some product to remove it from those areas. and i had it done for an occasion so it was not suitable what she was offering. Had i put moisturiser on and gone against the staffs say i would maybe have had a better result. I wanyted a refund. And in this situation should have been given one. Ths manager hung up on me numerouse times till in the end i let it go but was very angry about it. I will never go there again.

I hired a private area for a friends birthday. We were there for u 15 mins only, This place was very dissapointing was very empty music wasnt that good. there were patrons lined up outside falling over on top of each other landing with there dresses sprawled up bearing there underwear, The security seen this, and failed to help the women to there feet, failed to tell them they had drunk too much and will not be allowed in and failed to set any responsible or respectful image whatsoever. The security where standing less than 1 metre away from theses patrons.I purposely said "oh my good look at the kind of people they let in here" And i went tp leave and the security stafff alderted me and offered to let us all in for the price of 1 so we went in but shouldnt have. Staff were practically begging us to come in, very dexperate for patrons. we left and ive never been back and can not recomend highly enough not to go here.
Also there were staff and friends of staff sitting in pour reserved area when we arrived they got up and excused themselves when we were standing there with no where to sit this made us feel very uncomfortable.

HAve been goiung there for 7 years, Some of the waiting staff have been there the whole time ive been going there. Staff are personal and remember me even though i only go about 2-5 times a year. Portions are more than enough, Have an outside dining area you can smoke at with great heating fro winter. Excellent service. The b est past ive ever eaten. I always over eat when i go here because the food is so nice. They also do pick up. Around 12 parking spots smack bang right in front of the restaurant. This is an award winning restaurant. Highly recomened.

When i went to this centre the dr i saw , gave me incorrect medical advice. Told me that a certain medication would work instantly when i ve been advised buy a few other drs that it takes atleast 3 weeks to work. He also was rushing me. WAs not ansering my questions properly. Gave me incorrect advice on how to cut down on a medication that seriosly affects the whole nervouse system if donw wrong. I went home and took none of his advice becasue i just didnt feel right with what he had told me. This is unacceptable andunprofessional and very dangerous for the patient. I DO NOT RECCOMEND this place even i f you have no other option.

This is the worst medical centre i have ever been to in terms of patient service,

The 2nd time i went the Dr i wanted to see had resigned, (i should have took that as a warning sign)
The 3rd time i went the receptionist told me that there were no drs on in for the day but that it still had to remain open.

The fourth time i went it was full i couldnt even see a dr if i waited.

This is terrible and was very annoying. I dont recomend anyone go here ever you will probably be just wasting your time and some of the desk staff are obnoxious and rude.

I am rating a particular doctor at this medical centre Dr. Roohila Yusuf is the best doctor i have ever met. She is professional, warm, caring, very attentive, personal, helpful & dedicated. I never had a regular doctor till i met her, now i refuse to see anbody else but if its urgent i will settle for Dr Azmoz,she is pretty good. Wise idea to make an appointment, as Dr Yousef is in high demand.

I also saw a sign up for home visits at this centre.just be careful not to sit next to the door that leads into the corrodor towards centre managment as the door opening is a bit of hazard area if u sit too close to it.

Do your washing/drying with a free half hour PC use, have a home cooked Snack, sip a memorable coffee (as long as your served by the male) and listen to atmospheric music all at once. They even make vegan soup!

With a combo of weekly specials, a $2 flat rate for half hourly Internet, a cosy courtyard where you can smoke and a unique decor, it makes the "Monkey" not only fantastic value, but also an Experience!

Other services include Faxing, Scanning, CD Burning, occasional counselling and of course a helping hand from one of our lovely staff to the not so computer literate... which is very rare at an internet cafe.

Nothing like the ignorant service u get when u use an internet cafe that is in a conveinience stor or most otehr internet cafes.

This place is soothing and has a nice feel to it.A lil quirky too but thats what makes it interesting. I thouroughly enjoy visiting this place.

This is an award wining restaurant.I always get home delivery/pick up. Every dish I have ordered has been delicious! I have noticed the prices have risen about 5 times in the last 12 months. This does not bother me because the food is so yummy. Sizziling Steak is the most yummiest chinese dish I have ever eaten. I highly recomend it. Most dishes are between $11.80 -$17.80. Painbow Shredded Beef is very good aswell but if u like it mild be sure to tell them extra mild. I also find asking for the dishes with no onion/vegies provideds with more meat in your dish. They are friendly and fast. The restaurant is always quite packed with pleased looking customers when ive gone to pick up my order.
