All the doctors at this clinic are excellent. You have to pay a gap fee (around $25.00) but children under 16 are bulk billed so no payment is required. The fee is worth it as you do not have a lengthy wait time like other clinics where you can wait hours, even with an appointment. My family has seen all of the doctors at some point and we can attest to the wonderful, thorough care from all the doctors. The receptionists are all lovely and helpful as well.

Unfortunately, we have purchased two items from this store(Acer tablet & GVA TV) in last 5 months and both have been faulty. Both times, we have taken item to store and staff have agreed there is a product fault but have referred us to external repair centres to deal with faulty items. The lack of responsibility for their goods from The Good Guys is concerning because it has meant that we have had to chase and fight to try to get faulty products repaired. We sent the faulty Acer tablet to Acer National Repair Centre. They damaged the unit and tried to charge us $229 to repair 'out of warranty damage'. So this item has been returned unrepaired and tablet is now about to go in the bin. We are out of pocket $299 thanks to The Good Guys Melton and Acer National Repair Centre. I am hoping the TV will be fixed soon but still going through that process. As this store does not take responsibility for the faulty goods they sell and the customer has to run around and deal with the repairers and ultimately gets ripped off by repairers, I will never purchase from The Good Guys again. I urge potential customers to check warranty and repair processes and if you have to return anything, take photos and document the condition so you are not ripped off and have to waste time and energy dealing with these repairers. The point is, though, that as a customer, you should not have to be stuck with the responsibility of chasing up fault repairs – the store should stand by their products and have a better faults and warranty process.

If you are in desperate need of printer cartridges and have no time to purchase cheap cartridges online and wait for them to arrive, then Cartridge World is a good local option in Melton. They do have a good range and prices are quite reasonable (a lot cheaper then retail stores), however I find the quality of refills a little on the low side (they leak a lot). Nonetheless, this store is a great option when in a rush. Also, I found the service a little lacking the first time I went in. I had some questions and the lady was somewhat abrasive and abrupt. I figured she was having a bad day. The second time, service was ok but she was very cold and unfriendly. Oh well. I was able to get what I came for quickly and easily so I can't complain too much.

I am very impressed at the service provided by the pharmacists at this Melton Store. They are always committed to ensuring the best care for the customer by ensuring we fully understand the medicines we are taking. I have even heard the pharmacists on the telephone lecturing doctors about the medications they have prescribed and how it could be dangerous for the patient, considering their health and other medications. Whilst this is a concerning problem, I feel confident the pharmacists at this store are vigilant and conscientious. Prices are very competitive and there is a good selection of items that always makes a trip to this store worthwhile.
