You get what you pay for a Secretskin. There are certainly cheaper laser / IPL places, but for me the knowledge and skill of the operator is paramount . Would you prefer to be treated by someone who has a degree in health science and has worked with leading cosmetic surgeons, or by someone who has been given a couple of days training by the company who sold them the machinery? To me, it's a no-brainer. Mary's honest and realistic approach to what is possible is a refreshing change from beauticians who promise much and deliver little - and sometimes leave your skin burnt or damaged.
