I generally shop at this Coles because it is not as busy as the other supermarkets in town. The prices and quality are as is expected of a Coles supermarket, however the service sets it apart from most I have shopped at. The staff are amazingly friendly and prepared to get to know customers on a more personal level beyond "How was your day". They are always happy to assist you and it is the same friendly faces every time as staff turnover seems to be quite low compared to other supermarkets. There is always enough cash registers open. The only fault I would say is their range is quite small, especially in the bakery department, but I always enjoy shopping here without feeling I have to rush.

We have an older house and not one of our windows or door ways are standard. Each time we need to fit a screen it has to be custom. The guys are always happy to do any job and are always quick and efficient. The price is to be expected for having custom screens made but is fair.

Being new to farming, these guys have helped immensely. They have always given me advice on my poultry and supply me with everything from my dry pet food to irrigation components for my Aquaponics. I have often gone in with strange requests and the staff always take the time to listen and offer me options. Good prices and value for money and knowledgeable staff always happy to go the extra mile. Thubs up.

I lined up at 12.45 on a Tuesday with 8 people in front of me. Waited over 20 minutes and had still not got to the front of the line to place my order. Staff were flat out and not communicating with each other effectively. I ended up leaving to buy my lunch elsewhere. No "fast" food here.

The team down at Mypolonga Traders are excellent. Always willing to go the extra mile and great value for money. Cover all your animal feed needs and farming needs. Open 6 days a week it is always handy to be able to refill supplies on the Saturday. Being new to farming they were an excellent source of advice and are always willing to help lost travelers with good local directions. A great South Australian Business.

There are never enough staff members available and I see them chatting rather than helping customers. There was a lot of staff on when they first opened but it seems to have dwindled rapidly. There is a good range of products as would be expected from Bunnings, although not a lot of choice for different brands for the one product. The shop is good for one stop shopping and they have a fair range of cheap, poor quality goods, as well as products of better quality and higher price.

Such a wonderful shop to visit with great display tanks. A wide range of fish and knowledgeable staff always on hand. The shop is always busy but is large and well laid out and there is always plenty of staff. Good quality products and healthy fish every time I have bought from there. A great South Australian Business.

The shop itself is a little dingy and can be easily missed from the main road. There is a large selection of fish although staff always seem to be going the upsale and encourage you, the customer, to buy more than you actually need.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. An excellent business that cares for animals, not just sells them! Always helping out in the community and happy to help customers of all sorts on a whole range of animals and animal products. Best range of fish in town. Always a pleasure shopping here.

The animals were great. The enclosures were large. Although the price seemed a little high for the quality of the buses and service. I had to have my 5 yr old child on my lap during the bus ride which I was quite disappointed with as I didn't get to see much and he was not comfortable. I also thought there might be a little more interaction for the children with something safe or someone knowledgeable, at the end of the bus ride. I was most disappointed to hear of the recent music festival that had taken place at the zoo and will not be returning.
