I recommend highly becoming a full member. It is worth every cent! There is so much advice on saving money and the forum is excellent with others in the same boat brain storming together.

They always remember who I am when I go in and are extremely friendly. They have expanded recently too so there are even more products there. The advice is always good and prescriptions are at a good price.

The best GP I have been to. He bulk bills but provides an excellent service. He will try anything to help you feel better, and looks outside the square. He doesn't make assumptions but trying to find the cause of problems. One of the many examples were that my Mum had a bleeding problem that our previous GP put down to early menopause. Others kept blaming hormonal problems but it wasn't until Mum tried Dr Cheung that he sent her in for scans and picked up a tumour which was removed. He is very hard to get into and is usually full but if openings happen I really recommend that you try to get in.

It's the best Bunnings in terms of service in the area compared to the other ones. Although it doesn't have the same range, the people working there know what they are talking about (compared to other stores that have teenagers who don't realise that there are different shades of white paint) and it's easy to find someone to help.

They were the best price we could get for a Mitsubishi reverse cycle air con for our large house (we wanted Mitsubishi as it's a better quality product). Installation took 1 day and it's running very smoothly and we haven't had a problem. Quick and efficient service and at a good price.

Excellent value for money. Our salesperson was excellent working with us as I work FIFO and I am not in Perth often. Out of the other builders we looked at they were the best with corresponding with us at a distanced and always organised appointments at our closest available R&R. Every stage went smoothly. The standards inclusions are of high quality and we only had to upgrade things because we needed something different. During the build we were constantly surprised at little extras or a higher quality product that they did that we never expected. All the trades have been of high quality. If there is a mistake (which there rarely is) it's fixed quickly. We have a good quality large home for such a reasonable price.

We went in to look at the display home and I didn't really like the house and the other plans on display and the house also looked like it was poorly built (although it's supposed to be the display home), but struggled to get out as the salesperson was so pushy and I didn't want to be totally rude as I already said we didn't like the houses, and never looked back as the salesperson was worse than a used car salesman. A while later we looked at some Broadway houses online and sent off an email asking for prices, but they were out of our price range. When I replied saying this, little did I know they were affiliated and the Broadway person forwarded my email to Affordable, which had my number in the signature. So I had phone call after phone call for 2 months from another salesperson trying to sell their houses, even though I didn't want to go through them. The entire impression I got was desperation. Although we haven't built, we never will as no one wants to be harrassed into building with a company.

Avoid at your own cost! They are cheapest for a reason. My brother put a new sound system in his car, and had the accident the same day. When he called up to let them know, he also asked for them to cover the sound system and was told it would cost $40 more a year, and gave them the go ahead to include it in his policy. 2 days later a supervisor called to say that they would not cover the accident as the stereo system is considered to be a "dangerous modification" and cancelled the policy giving a refund, leaving my brother out by thousands. My father and I (A Corporate Accountant and I am studying law) proceeded to appeal this against the company with case study's showing that the allegations that a sound system is a "dangerous modification" is ludicrious through their appeals procedure and it was still rejected. Eventually when it went to the Insurance Ombusman was won our case as the Ombusman couldn't see why it's a "dangerous modification" and that if the company can give a quote for the stereo that it does not consider it so, and they had to pay out my brother's claim. It took 3 months and hours and hours of our time and a lot of stress to get to this point, and my brother was lucky as we have a background in law so he wasn't out in legal expenses.

Excellent value for money, has the longest new for old out of the insurers we looked at and many other extras included in the price. Although it is not the cheapest, as we bought a new car it is worth the money.

We were very disappointed. The curtains and bedspread material was patterned like a motel room, the bathroom consisted of a bathtub that you stood in to have a shower with a shower curtain (hotels at half the price have at least a glass panel) and everything had to be paid for, nothing was included. We managed to get a relative discount as a relative works with Burswood, but even with that we were shocked with what we got for the price. It had what you would expect in a cheap motel room.
