Arrived at Movie World. Car park had many many cars there already but it was easy to find a park. Short stroll to entry - walked straight through with no lines. WOW! What a fantastic visual experience! Went to 4D Ice Age presentation (very cool). Wandered around to "Kiddie world" where 2 year old had a ball. Miss 10 also had a fantastic time. Although we did not go on any of the apparently AWESOME roller coasters Movie World was well worth the money. In a direct shootout against Sea World Movie World is SO MUCH BETTER. Miss 10 thought it was "Medium better" and Master 2 thought it heaps better.
Applause for what they have done and the way they deal with crowds - Its the little things like being able to get in and get out easily that make all the difference - Oh and the FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE on offer.
Arrived to pretty full carpark. Long line to get to desk to process prepaid tickets. Eventually got into actual complex. Penguins fantastic. Polar Bear very cool. Dinosaur display was very interesting and pretty realistic. Dolphins show pretty good but as expected. Food was expensive and rushed but OK for theme park take away. Overall the pain of entry and crowds are worth it if you have an appropriate aged child in tow. 6 to 12 year olds seem to have a really good time. Younger kids get bored too easily.
Soy Chai Latte is very good. Coffee drinkers seem to enjoy themselves also. 3 star for service because of bench order style service (like most Coffee Shops).
If I had to take someone for coffee - this would be one the places in Charlestown.
Food was good (BUT i ended up with a fried fly in my meal), really long wait at busy times. Have not been back since fly incident - just can't get the "urk" out of my mind.

For a fairly simple Cafe I really enjoyed my visits. I had breakfast and lunch on the same day.
Service was attentive and requests relating to the order were met without any issue or fuss.
Food was above well average and very reasonable pricing.
I would go again. The lack of available seating over lunch strongly suggests that others agree with me!

Online Banking pretty much as you would expect. I can't see how anyone could rate online banking as 5-star sensational.
No significant issues but we are talking about an online bank where interactions are a little limited. I get me statement in the mail. They answer the phone when I have a query - Good solid service as expected but certainly no WOW factor.
Pretty strong all-round performance.

I was once a very regular visitor but have not been for a while - suggests that sense of Wow has tarnished.

Sometimes long queues. Regular errors with respect to other people's mail delivered (this has gone on far too long - I have complained twice personally and my staff have complained numerous times also).
Very disappointing as generally I like Australia Post Shops.
