I put in an online order which could be tracked as to what stage my order was at. Although the prices are higher, you get what you pay for. Great menu selection too. Very quick with delivery & the driver was very friendly. I would recommended Dominos to anyone.

This Real Estate Agent business is the best in Melton region & we used them to sell our property recently. Daniel Webber went above & beyond what was required to help us in any way possible. Daniel sets the benchmark in how Real Estate Agents can perform to get the best possible result & were very reasonably priced compared to other Real Estate Agents in Melton. In fact we were actually discouraged from using a particulate Real Estate Agent as he didn't have faith like Daniel did in getting a better price for us. Thanks Daniel Webber. Don't use any other Real Estate Agents, they are the best.
I shop at Reject Shop often & I accidentally purchased 2 of the same item & realised when I got out the store, so I took back the extra item I didn't need for a refund. The lady in charge of the registers made suggestion that I had stolen the extra item & that I could've just gone back in the store, got the extra item & then said I want a refund. I didn't got back in the store for a refund, I stood behind the cashier that served me so she would remember. I would never go back to that Reject Shop again & the item I purchased fell apart (Bond's bed socks @ $3 a pair)when I got home so I will have to deal with this rude women again. Never accuse anyone of stealing unless you are absolutely sure they have stolen something. How embarassing.

The experience from hell. Not much point complaining about the service because there was none & the rudest office staff I have ever come across. They didn't help with anything that we needed that was in the hire agreement. Steer well clear of this place & nothing special either.
Have used this Post Shop for several unusual parcels and the staff are very patient, friendly and helpful. Excellent array of cards, post packs, gift ware and confectionery. Great shop.
Clean premises...i was attended to promptly upon entering the shop...dog was ready well before the appointed time...happy with the grooming...groomer commended my dog for being well behaved and an all round pleasant experience...recommend this business and will be using them again...

Purchased a GPS which was faulty...returned it...staff member let me make the choice of the right GPS for me instead of helping me with the different features/functions on each GPS and from that i could have confidently made a decision on which one to buy...with a previous GPS, the unit lead us on a wild goose chase and the staff member said the GPS's will do that in the city...but that was on the open road...i felt that the staff member wasn't knowledgeable enough to help me and as this was his department, it was up to management to make sure their staff are informed and up to date with their products...

We order sweet and sour pork and singapore noodles. The sweet and sour sauce had absolutely no flavour at all...just red and wet. The pork tasted ok and the noodle were tasteless and no flavour. The customer service was reasonable. We are surprised they are still operating. Will never buy food from there again. Yuck!

We use Woolworths Supermarket in Melton as our main shopping experience so they get most of our grocery shopping money. Everytime in use this store, the staff seem to be more interested in catching up with store/personal gossip and there is always a delay in being served because i have to wait until they finish their conversation or i am invisible and they don't see me and sometimes they have apologised because they didn't see me at the checkout. I have been a cashier myself and i made it my utmost priority to try and give each customer the absolute shopping experience and although you can't make every customer happy, you can give it your all and try your best and go the extra mile and a smile and friendly attitude is free. I don't want to go to the opposition because their prices are higher. My partner has gone in this store to find a particular product and could find it so when he sort out help, he was told the product was down that aisle and he still could find it and gave up and went to the opposition or told they didn't have a certain product and then he found it. I use to work for Bunnings and their customer service is a State-Of-The-Art experience. I suggest that the area Manager for Woolworths Melton go to Bunnings Melton and take down notes and observe the way they handle each and every customer. They treat customers like they should be treated; like gold. Without customers there is no business. So, Woolworths Melton, if you are going to get my money in the future, i can expect excellent customer service at the very least and treated like a visible person that doesn't want to wait until your conversation with others in finished. Lift your game or i will start shopping at Water Gardens. Customer service is a free and costs nothing. I have many outstanding customer service awards from Bunnings for my time there and if you need tips on what can be changed and what you can do better, you know where to come. Use this info wisely.
