This is a really well lit venue with great games for the whole family to enjoy. I had my daughter's eighth birthday party here and we found the staff and service to be excellent. Children are encouraged to wear safety equipment and adults are able to watch their children without having to pay an entry fee (not always the case at other places)

We stayed overnight in 'The Chalet'. While the cottage was beautifully set up, the service we received was far from good. It was clearly stated on the advertisement (also provided in the room itself) that we would receive a bottle of wine and also a bottle of port on our arrival. When we asked about this, we were told that the venue no longer had a liquor licence and that this could not be provided. We were disappointed but accepted this. A while later, the host knocked on the door and gave us a bottle of cheap red wine, saying that she had 'found it inside'. Surely if there was no liquor licence this would not have been possible.
Other than that, there was very limited hot water so we were unable to use the spa - the sole reason why I paid $290 for the Chalet cottage rather than $160 for the Sun Rise suit.
Overall I was VERY disappointed, particularly seeing that I had such a good experience at the same place when it was run by different owners.

I took my family skating on mothers day and was VERY impressed by the friendly service that was offered. Not only did I receive free entry for Mother's day, but my three year old was taken aside by one of the Centre staff and taught how to skate. It was really great.
Really good food at a reasonable price. I have recommended this restaurant to many family and friends and often use it for get togethers.
