My letterbox is clearly marked "NO JUNK MAIL" yet on Monday 10/03/2014 (PUBLIC HOLIDAY - LABOUR DAY) a pamphlet advertising this business was deposited in my letterbox. WHY WOULD I USE A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT RESPECT ME OR CAN'T READ???????? HIGHTON RESIDENTS BEWARE!

Soooo easy to book flights over the internet, show your I.D. & your on the plane (usually board at Avalon) - never had a problem with the booking, the flight, delays, or the service. For the price, it's a wonderful option.

Arranged 2 separate family trips to Fiji, average 8-11 days. Excellent package deals, excellent accommodation. Payment for the trips was clear on amounts and dates payable. No problems with trip - loved it, both trips. Flybuys can be accrued too!
Began using this business about 3 months ago - ask for gel & get gel, infills done in reasonable time, not sighted a "Male" on the premises at all. Options for decorative nails seem endless....and for reasonable extra amount. Loyalty card offered ( 5 visits = $5 off). Having had my nails done, continuously over 5 years now ( both acrylic & gel), would recommend as cheap and efficient.

Nothing is too much trouble - from 1 buckle on a school shoe ( done in minutes), to replacement vivid colored laces, to batteries for watches, tamagotchi's, etc, & even bought a reasonably priced watch there once. Loyal customer!

Took in a few items : got mirror rewired to hang other way; family heritage photos - 1 frame to fit; 1 block mounted into existing frame - assisted with fixing new mounting hook to back. Only took 1 week & very reasonable costing!

Many hands make light work - all levels of clean or detail & nice little cafe to while away the 30 mins or so. Reasonable charges - vary depending on size of vehicle and cleaning requirements.

Extremely happy with Handbook service on my PT Cruiser ( better $ than dealer servicing). Also gave extra advice re next service needed and costing ( with a view to selling my vehicle). No problems with the car after the service before I traded it - travelled a further 10,000 kms without a hiccup.

Choices of wash-yourself bays or fully auto car wash at very reasonable prices. Open more than normal business hours, too!

Oh MiriamF i find it so sad that you have nothing better to do than criticise a business for something that was out of their control. It was explained to you each and every time you complained that we did not personally deliver the pamphlets - they were done by a contractor. It was not a lack of respect by the business but the contractor who delivered them (and i wouldn't even describe that as being about respect). "Highton residents beware" - you are living amongst a very disgruntled member of society! Yours truly, an ex staff member from the said business!
