Sensitive, caring people who have looked after my cats and dog very well. Willing to listen and will advise test results and possible treatment options after hours. Being able to contact the vet for emergencies is also good.

Assistance was good and so was advice and guidance when choosing floor coverings. Good range. Acquiring and delivery of the floor coverings took a tad longer than I would have liked. However, the company worked around me and the builders and the finished, installed products were excellent.

Carpets were cleaned well and smelt great. Company offered an anti-bacterial cleaning option if required. Company was able to work in a time that was convenient to both them and me.

La Premiere is very nice, food is good and staff are polite and helpful; having the option of cake and coffee rather than traditional movie candy bar food is good; toilets could be cleaner though
