I had Phoenix screen come out to measure and quote for a house lot of fly screens, the measurer showed up on time. When it came time for them to fit the screens the fitter realised that we were missing a screen and that it was not included in the quote he was very professional went back to the factory and got them to make one up on the spot... I was able to pick it up the next day, but, when we tried to fit the screen it was the wrong size so I rang the factory and the lady who answered the phone is FANTASTIC she rectified the problem straight away and within 5 mins I had the correct screen.
Having purchased tiles a year ago from a diferent tile mart store (Dandenong) we decided to tile a larger area, we went back to the Dandenong store who did not have what we want. I then rang the Mitcham store who still had our tiles in stock and were really helpful with putting them aside so that we could pick them up.
I used Carrum pet care for the first time about 3 weeks ago.. I thought that the staff were fantastic and the quality of work was outstanding.. My only problem was that my dog came back with fleas then again nothing that a little exelpet can't fix!!
