I've had my car serviced here twice and been happy both times. The servicing was reasonably priced and I knew how much it would cost up front. The manager here is very friendly and helped me decide what was best for my car without taking advantage of the fact that I was clueless! Handy location too opposite Westfield Carindale.
We bought two brand new cars from this business, and despite the cars being fantastic and a good buy, the service was terrible. We test drove two cars and signed a contract that same day as we needed a new car for our expanding family. Since I was 8 1/2 months pregnant we needed to have the cars ASAP. They agreed to this, gave us a great finance deal, and promised to be in touch in a couple of days when the cars would be ready. This never happened! We pretty much stalked them for three weeks without anyone returning our calls! The service was appalling despite us spending a considerable amount of money. They also mislead us on the financing, which we questioned at the time but assured all was above board, which was not the case! We also raised this feedback with the dealership who never responded.
Huge range of products and all cheaper than you will find elsewhere. Always having great sales on car seats, prams, furniture etc. staff are knowledgable and helpful as well
The drive through is difficult to navigate and if its raining you'll get wet! Service can be slow too. Still it's pretty standard for a red rooster and the store itself was refurbed not that long ago.
