After reading the reviews I thought wow! this is a great person/company. After ringing to speak to Steve I sms my details as requested and was advised he would call me that evening. No call, I rang the next day and then was told he would ring me later that night, no call.
I have now rung other companies and they are coming around to do a quote for work which is worth between $20k - $30k.
I have given up on Steve.

Victor was punctual and very courteous. He took time to explain how my apartment was wired and that everything was fine, but suggested what else could be done to fix my problem. Victor also installed a light very quickly and gave me options for another question I had.

I am very sorry I didn't return your phone calls like I said I would. I am part of the Womow Happy Customer Program and I pride myself and business in Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed in myself in this instance.
