We have had our mobile contracts with Vodafone for about 5 years now and are very happy with them. They send out gifts for loyal customers, have wiped unfair charges and are usually very helpful on the phone.
We have our Home Loan with Virgin Money and have had in excess of 20K stolen from our offset account. In comparing to other accounts we realised how minimal the security measures are. To date the money has not been returned and we have not been given any idea as to whether it will be or not. One of the customer service guys we were speaking to said this happended to someone else and they got half their money back.
Fantastic service. The staff are always polite and keen to make sure that you are not waiting too long at the register. The range is great for a small supermarket. Open hours are handy and we find that our bills can be comparable to a big supermarket if we shop for specials.
Its fantastic to have all organic products in the one shop. Prices are high - but that is to be expected for organic food, though some products I would prefer to order online at slightly lower prices. A good shop to have locally.
