No matter which HJ I go to, they always seem to stuff up my order! They'll forget to put something in, or put the wrong burger in or something like that! Nice food but very annoying! And they rasperry slushie is never working! :(
I guess i shouldnt complain as these are free prizes anyway, however, the last maybe 3-4 gift vouchers I have redeemed online have not been sent out to me! Lost in the mail? Flybuys won't cover lost gift vouchers :( that's nearly $100 worth!
Last few Baby sales have been really good, staff have been relatively kind and helpful, however, as expected with sales, stock gets a bit lost and messy, so sometimes hard to find what you're looking for.
Nice food - quick service, but pretty pricey! However, they do usually throw in a free bag of prawn crackers! Yum!!
Delicious food, good service - quick and kind, however quite expensive! Especially if buying for a whole family. All rice, etc seperate to main meal.
These guys always have good deals on, different specials for different days of the week. Kind and helpful service, always give our DVDs a wipe without complaining!
Good value, serice was pretty good, we wanted to sit outside as it was a nice day, so they were kind enough to move the furniture around for us, staff were kind and considerate, food was pretty good, had chicken parma (huge!) and pizza.
Purchase a pair of earrings as a Christmas present but they broke. We had lost our receipt but they were happy to look up on their system and find a copy of the receipt, printed it out for us and exchanged for a new pair of earrings! Wasn't expecting that!
Very positive experience; when they washed my hair they sat me on one of those massage chairs, it was soooo relaxing! Then offered to make me a cappucino/latte/hot chocolate from their fancy machine, and seeing as ive been there a few times now, have offered me free fringe trims whenever I like!
Quality and service are generally pretty good, however when comparing prices with other grocery stores, Coles is actually quite expensive, but easy and convenient.
