I have used the spare parts dept a few times now and every time they have given me the wrong part. Again I have to go back and get the correct parts. My son was also waiting on a paint pen that he had paid for, they said they would ring him when it was in, which should be the next day, two weeks later we are still waiting for the phone call. It is not opened after 1pm on a Saturday and not opened at all on Sundays
I had a bad experience with this store. I tried to order on line and there was a problem so I rang the store. The person on the end was very rude. I ended up cancelling the order and they still delivered it as the online had worked after it said that there was problems. I did not accept the pizza and they still took the amount off my credit card. I rang the head office to complain. It took a while for them to get back to me. about one month later my credit card was recredited. I have not used them again.
I regularly use this post office, the staff are very helpful and friendly, I send a lot of packages overseas and there is never any problems. I have also used them for passports. They have good hours
My husband and I have been using Port Day Spa from over 5 years. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. We usually have one hour massage and one hour facial. It is very relaxing and a wonderful experience
The bathhouse is fantastic. You can either just go to the pool or into the spa area. You can spend all day in there. We have a massage after spending a few hours in the spa area, then we go back to the motel to sleep for a few hours. The Hepburn area is a lovely quaint village type. The people are friendly.

This is a wonderful experience. The thermal pools are fantastic. They are very therepeutic. There are 4 pools at the moment with another one to open shortly. We stayed in a cabin that has bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom. We had to take our own sheets and towels or you can pay for them for about $7.00.

The food and service are always great, whether it is take away or eat in. the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you spend over a certain amount for take away they will give you a free bottle of wine.
It is always a wonderful experience when I go to the centre. I have been going there for over 4 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the treatments are always relaxing.
