We changed the insurance to Budget for two vehicles six months ago, the savings were incredible and so far, service has been ok. They haven't been outstanding to deal with but the savings have made it worthwhile.

I like the fact that Gumtree is free to list on, we have used it in the past to advertise for employees and I have also used the site for second hand items for home (filing cabinet). Its a user friendly site with lots of different items and brands always listing.

Very convenient, delivery people have always been friendly and helpful. Makes it easier to stick to a budget as you are not as tempted to just 'throw things in the trolley'.

I really like the Dusk store in Helensvale - have been in Dusk stores before but this is the first that I have made a purchase from. Staff were really helpful as I was choosing a gift.

Shingle Inn is my favourite coffee shop at Westfield Helensvale, staff are friendly, service is prompt, tables are always clean and the coffee and food always tastes great!

We have recently purchased a bathroom cabinet and cds from dealsdirect. Cabinet was easy to assemble and far cheaper than those that we had seen in retail stores. The two albums that we purchased were under $10 and both in retail stores for over $18. Have ordered items again this week very happy with the service.

We are on the e-newsletter list for oo.com.au and regularly buy - mainly gifts - as items that we have seen in other stores are listed at reduced prices. Our most recent purchase was a digital photo frame and we purchased a lot of our Christmas gifts for last year from the store. Delivery is prompt and quality is excellent.

Quality is always consistent, serving size is good and the staff are always friendly. I like Tuk Tuk for takeaway, they never take too long for pick up and it is a nice waiting area.

Our car sales man went out of his way to assist us with choosing the right car. Not only did he make a test drive available outside of normal hours but he was flexible and helpful. At no point did I feel I was being 'sold' I would go to Zupps again for a car purchase.
