Quite pricey and depending on the day - can be met with a sullen staff member wishing the day was over. I am normally satisfied with the end result (when having my eyebrows waxed) however go to them more for convenience and nothing else.
The food comes in generous servings, the quality is well above average, the value is excellent the service is worth coming back for. Definitely recommended.

Love love love love love. This place is wonderful. Staff are beyond friendly, owner is sincere and honest (he wont let you over over even if it means less money for him). The food is exquisite. Obviously a restaurant that cares.

Very disappointing experience, waited over 40 minutes for a simple steak sandwich to be made. When we questioned where our food was (after watching everyone around us be fed and leave) we were told we had chosen something tricky so it would take longer. I think this might've changed hands recently as I never remember it being this bad. And once the food came - the chips were cold and soggy. Not recommended at all.

Staff here are extremely informative, helpful and open for discussion. They are more then happy for you to try many teas and explain for you how they have 'created' them. I certainly recommend buying your tea from here - especially for the variety.
Large servings and they are more then happy for you to take doggy bags home. More space would be nice as two plates do not fit on the one table. Certainly recommend the food though.

Very pleasant experience, great food and great value for money. This will be a regular for me. Especially as they allow for you to sit and read their magazines whilst enjoying their meals.

Seems pricey at first however size of meals makes up for it - we shared two meals amongst four of us and we rolled out. Certainly want to go back and try their all you can eat Monday night. Great variety of food for everyone.

Very friendly, great atmosphere, certainly recommend - either as a family restaurant or somewhere special for just the two of you.
