This pho restaurant is conveniently located and I came here as I had heard it was good value. However, the old adage that you get what you pay for is so, so true. I had some rice paper rolls and beef pho, and can only say I was disappointed. The food took ages to arrive, despite there being few people dining in, at first when I arrived the place was shut unexpectedly, with people inside but a hand-made sign saying "come back after 5pm" ? And the food, well, the servings are generous but lacking in taste and the proportions are not quite right. too much rice paper noodle in the rolls and not enough meat and herbs, a bit difficult to eat with such thickly chopped vegies too. The pho was ok but it is better and more flavoursome at other establishments, and not that much more expensive, so I think I will spend the extra few dollars and know I am getting a decent amount of taste next time. I'd come back if it improves on flavour. Not the worst but unless you are severely budgeting, there are better places nearby!

Initially we didn't want to try this place, must have been the name, but I'm glad we did as the servings and toppings are generous and not stingy like other places. Good range of pizza options, including Mediterranean lamb, which was great and filling too. Reasonably priced, I wish they had a pick up option on all ordering sites though as I am just around the corner and $5 for a 5 minute walk is a bit much! Overall, good pizza and garlic bread, and they rang to ask what drink I wanted when they didn't have my preferred flavour in stock, which was great.

Good pizza joint to order delivery or takeaway food. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, which had great toppings like eggplant and olives, mushrooms and red caps too. not too much cheese, which was good, and not greasy. thin base and a nice little garlic pizza, which was pricey (6.00) but tasty. good value pizzas and they don't charge delivery either. good service, will try again.

FANTASTIC cafe, great location and lovely, well-priced food and drinks. Authentic Lebanese food and drinks right down to the drinks fridge with ayram. Had a snack- shortbread and iced coffee for $7. I'll be back, maybe even tomorrow for breakfast. Great, inviting interior with lots of sun and space. Can't wait to go back.
Came here for breakfast and to take opportunity of the paypal one cent coffee deal. Transaction was nice and really easy, check in with paypal and the cashier knows who you by sight right away (your photo pops up on their register). We ordered a big breakFEAST and poached eggs on toast. Very nice, simple and exactly what we wanted. No fancy, over-pretentious and over-priced food here. Lots to choose from and food arrived quickly. Eggs could have been better cooked, that is really my only gripe, honestly a good place to get a simple breakfast or lunch. fantastic prices too.

Handy cafe just over from the Shell and next to Jimmi Jamz. Ducked in here for a quick coffee and that's exactly what I got, fast friendly service and average value. Coffee was nice enough. Not sure If I will buy again but it was ok, good range of muffins and quick bites to take away though. I was in a rush and was in and out in under ten minutes, which was pleasing. Coffee was nice and strong too, which I liked. Just your average Lygon cafe I would say.
Like the others have said, this is a teeny tiny little cafe in Moonee Ponds, conveniently located on Hall st, just outside the shopping centre (Kmart side) entrance. Great food, different from the usual in a pleasing way. Mostly Lebanese-inspired, the menu options may look daunting if you are not used to middle-eastern cuisine, but the food is well worth it. My boyfriend LOVED his Lamb flatbread and my egg, mushroom, potato and beans dish was amazing. Everything is made with such care and the service is great too. We'll come back to try the other menu options next time for sure. Only downside is that it takes a while for your food to be served, but with such a tiny kitchen and everything freshly made, that is to be expected. worth the wait!

From what I can assume from working in the area, this café is relatively new. Little and cute, this café has lots of options for snacking and drinking despite it's small size. The kind of place that would only seat under 10 people but does a good take away. Enviro-friendly and diet conscious, with sugar free options for snacking. Good match for TOFWD down in Degraves without the bustle of Degraves dining behind you. Good coffee, as to be expected for the area.
Came here to grab a quick coffee before a show at the Thornbury theatre. Convenient location, good coffee, friendly service and comfortable interior and outdoor seating as well. We were looked after and had a nice, quickly served, hot drink before our show. Were offered a loyalty coffee card too, which I value. We will come back next time we are in the area for sure.
Great little (literally) cafe for takeaway coffee and small snacks and treats. Superb coffee and friendly staff, quick service and they soon remember you name if you are a regular (saw staff acknowledge other customers). I was in and out in under ten minutes and thoroughly enjoyed my coffee, will be back for a pre-work caffeine hit for sure.
