I have been going to Alfreds for years and have never once had a bad experience! The ladies behind the counter are a joy to deal with, they are so down to earth you just feel like a friend. The warm open fire is great when it's cold and the customers are almost always friendly.

I had waited for 20 minutes to get my food when I finally went to ask where it was, I was told that they had ran out of the Pasta Zoo!! Nobody had bothered to come and tell me this because if they had I would of changed my order for something else.
